Privacy policy

Summary: we collect only what you hand us through the find-a-pro search and the tool-updates form. We don't sell your data, we don't use advertising cookies, and we don't store payment information.

Finding a local pro

When you enter a zip code to find nearby AI consultants, we use that zip (and the type of help you pick) only to show providers near you. The zip is not stored on our servers, not tied to your identity, and is discarded after the search.

If you then ask us to connect you with a specific consultant, we record the email you enter, which consultant you asked about, your zip, and the type of help selected, and we pass your email to that consultant so they can reach out. We do not email you ourselves, and we never sell your email. Asking for an introduction is optional - you can also just visit a provider's website.

Tool-update emails

If you leave your email in the "keep me posted" box, we use it only to email you when there's a new AI tool worth knowing about for plumbing shops. You can unsubscribe anytime, and we never sell your email.

Analytics and cookies

We use basic, anonymous analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not require an account to browse.

Directory listings

Consultant listings are compiled from publicly available information on each provider's own website. To correct or remove a listing, email hello@agenticdigital.net.

Your rights over your data

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us not to share it. Email hello@agenticdigital.net and we'll take care of it. Because we collect so little — an email only if you choose to give one, and a zip code we discard after the search — there usually isn't much to act on.

We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are used under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we won't charge you or treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you the same rights — access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to object to or restrict how we use your data — and you can reach us at the same address to use them. We respond within a reasonable time. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.
